Format Changes for 2025

• Not everyone will present with a microphone
  • More like an “expo” where each participant will have a table and audience can wander around and ask questions of the participants as desired.
  • Judges will come by each table, and pick finalists for each age group.
  • After finalists are chosen, they will be asked to present their projects to the larger group with a microphone.
  • Judges will then confer once more to determine winners from the finalists, and we will have an award ceremony accordingly.
• Audience award
  • We will provide all attendees with a ballot where they can vote for their favorite project.
  • During the award ceremony we will announce the winner(s) of the audience award as well

Update Jan 15th:
Due to school closures and the devastating fires this month, information sharing has been delayed, but registration is now open for STEM Showcase 2025.
